2. One Photograph for applicant and Co-applicants (Signed). |
3. Salary Slip or Pay Slip or Salary Certificate with deductions for the last three months (Original or Stamped). |
4. Income tax return & Form 16 for the last two years, with Saral form for two years. |
5. Last Six month salary credit bank statement. |
| 6. Processing Fee cheque from the salary account in favor of HFC |
| 7. Appointment Letter required if you are working in the same company for less then 2 yrs. |

If the property is in joint name the bank needs the following papers of the co-applicant: |
